Fine Dining In Cappadocia
Lil'a is the musuem hotels very own fine dining restaurant. Lil'a is one of few fine dining restaurants in Cappadocia.
Lil'a is beautifully themed with purple velvet and the views across Cappadocia are spectacular. Enjoy either indoor or outdoor seating at this restaurant.
Not long after being seated, some
complimentary bread with olive oil and water was brought to our table.
The menu is quite extensive and it took me a while to decide on what to eat. For starters I enjoyed a wild rice pomegranate salad and J went for the spring salad.
The wild rice, pomegranate salad at Lil'a includes walnuts, delicious mildly sweet vinegar sauce and light oil plus fragrant mint leaves. It was unique and delicious tasting.
For my main course It was hard to decide with so many interesting choices. However I settled on the homemade lasagna.
The homemade lasagna was very nice. However the portion sizes of the mains at Lil'A require ordering all three courses to be completely full.
My husband J enjoyed the roasted seabass. It was some of the best quality seabass we have ever tried. Very fresh and meaty.
For dessert, I enjoyed the bitter chocolate and apricot souffle. This dessert was truly delicious. Warm gooey souffle with icecream and apricots.
I highly recommend Lil'a restaurant for those looking for an enjoyable dining experience during their time in Cappadocia.
