This year, Belgravia in bloom is extra special. As it coincides with the Queen's Platinum Jubilee and the Rhs Chelsea flower show.

Belgravia is a beautiful area in South West London. Which comes alive each year for Belgravia in bloom. Different businesses decorate their shop fronts with a glorious spread of fresh flowers. This year the theme is beautifully British.

On the official Belgravia in bloom website you can see which businesses. Including clothing stores. Perfumers and restaurants have special offers.

I initially chose my favourite floral displays from the online images. But of course I had to take a closer look. Touch and sniff some of them in person. My personal top ten in order of most to least favourite is.

Regarding eating and drinking. I recommend :
- Cocktails and lunch in the secret garden at the lime tree hotel.
- Biscuiteers for a tea and biscuit break.
- Chestnut bakery - if you can arrive early enough to enjoy a limited edition strawberry and rose cheesecake croissant!
Some food and drink venues were a let down. As they don't quite serve up their advertised limited edition menu. Listed on the official Belgravia in bloom website.
