My review

Arriving at arc Le salon for a dinner date we entered the stunning floral ceiling hallway and past the bar to be seated in a private room where I was amazed by the hanging woodland style decor.

I've seen a lot of flower installations in London cafes and restaurants. However the rooms at arc Le salon are easily some of the most impressive.

The sound system linked to a flat screen TV was incredible. Each of the three rooms at arc Le salon with their own TV and sound system.

We set the mood with some of our favourite songs, which included exclusive music produced by my husband himself. 

Next it was time to choose some drinks. The cocktail menu alone is filled with an array of interesting options. With three separate menus just for cocktails. 

We started with an accidental fortune cocktail for him and the English fields cocktail for her. Both well presented and equally tasty. 

The English fields is a sweet gin based drink with strawberry jam. Cranberry and blackcurrant puree. 

Accidental fortune is a drink containing among its ingredients passion fruit and raspberry kombucha. It arrived with a large. Smouldering cinnamon stick on top of the glass. 

Our three course dinner began with battered prawn rolls and chicken tenders for starters. Both made to perfection.

My main was a tortellini pasta dish with parmesan and pesto. I also tried my husbands lamb, which was very succulent.

Our next round of cocktails was the I'd rather go blue. Which I chose for visual purposes but thankfully ended up really enjoying. 

The unexpected thickness of the sweet tasting pale part of this cocktail was a welcome creamy consistency. As you near the end, you're left with the watery blue part of the cocktail.

For him, it was the everglow tasty. Both cocktails taken from the signature cocktails section. 

With cranberry juice. Salted caramel syrup and cognac. It was a positively unique beverage. Garnished once again with a smoking Cinnamon stick.

Next, we ordered some Shisha. The sweet, fruity flavour of Watermelon and thankfully not too strong. As some Shisha is a little strong for my liking.

Dessert was a work of art! Rose flavours with real petals and a sorbet to accompany a chocolate fondant.
